VinFast Free Charging India:  VinFast, the Vietnamese car manufacturer, has announced the extension of its complimentary charging initiative in India, the Philippines, and Indonesia. The brand has extended the free charging initiative till March 31, 2029. Let’s take a look at the benefits of the VinFast complimentary charging initiative.

VinFast Free Charging Initiative

The VinFast free charging initiative is offered exclusively to the owners of the VinFast electric cars. Notably, the new, as well as the old VinFast owners, can benefit from the scheme. The scheme provides free charging to the VinFast electric car owners through the charging infrastructure developed and operated by V-Green. The drivers of the Green SM ride-hailing network can also avail the benefits offered through the scheme.

VinFast Trade Gas For Electric Initiative

VinFast has announced the ‘Trade Gas for Electric’ program, offering discounts on its electric vehicles amid uncertain fuel prices. Notably, the program will offer benefits in parallel with other available incentive programs in India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam markets.

VinFast VF6 & VF7

The brand offers the VinFast VF6 and VF7 electric cars in the country. The VF 6 gets a 59.6kWh battery, and it has a WLTP range is capped at 480km, once fully charged. The VF 7, on the other hand, is available in two battery configurations: 59.6kWh and 70.8kWh LFP, and ARAI-certified range of the VF 7 stands at 532km, once fully charged. The VF6 is priced between Rs 17.29 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 19.19 lakh (ex-showroom), and the VF7 costs between Rs 21.89 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 26.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
