Tata Sierra EV Range:  The Tata Sierra EV has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 18.79 lakh (ex-showroom). The ICE version of the Sierra was launched in India in November 2025, and the launch of its electric iteration has been much-awaited ever since. The Sierra EV comes equipped with several advanced features. Let’s take a look at the design, features, and range of the newly launched Tata Sierra EV.

Tata Sierra EV: Design

The Sierra EV shares its overall silhouette and design with the ICE model. However, several design elements provide it with a distinct look. The Tata Sierra EV features a closed grille at the front, with the air intake placed lower on the front bumper. The ADAS panel is integrated in the centre of the air intake. On the sides, it gets aero-optimised wheels, flush door handles and thick black body cladding, which remain similar to those of the ICE Tata Sierra. On the rear, it features the same connecting taillight setup as its ICE counterpart, and the only noticeable difference is the Sierra.EV badge on the tailgate. The electric SUV will be offered in a total of 7 colour options, including Rishikesh Rapids, Nainital Nocturn, Pristine White, Andaman Adventure, Bengal Rouge, Coorg Cloude, and Pure Grey. Rishikesh Rapids and Nainital Nocturn will be exclusively offered with the top-spec QWD variant.

Tata Sierra EV: Features

As anticipated, the Tata Sierra EV comes equipped with the same set of features as the ICE variant of the SUV. The Sierra EV features a triple-screen setup, Level 2 ADAS, panoramic sunroof, a JBL Black sound system with Dolby Atmos, air purifier, ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, a dual-climate control system, autonomous parking, and more.

Tata Sierra EV: Range & Specs

The Tata Sierra EV will be offered with choices of either a 75 kWh or a 63 kWh battery pack options. The 75 kWh battery pack has an MIDC-claimed range of 665 kilometres and a real-world range of 500+ kilometres. The 65 kWh battery pack comes with an MIDC claimed range of 565 kilometres, once fully charged. The electric Sierra can be charged using the options of 120 kW, 7.2 kW, and 3.3 kW. The EV Sierra comes with options of either a rear-wheel drive or an All-wheel drive called QWD by the brand.
