Tata Sierra EV Vs Mahindra XEV 9E:  The Tata Sierra EV has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 18.79 lakh (ex-showroom). The launch of the Sierra EV was much-awaited since the launch of the ICE version of the SUV in November 2025. The Mahindra XEV 9E is one of the fierce rivals of the new entrant, Sierra EV, in the Indian electric car market. Tata Sierra EV: Variant-Wise Prices

The Tata Sierra EV will be offered in a total of 5 variants: Pure, Pure S, Adventure, Empowered, and Empowered A. While Pure, Pure S, Adventure, and Empowered variants will be offered with the 63 kWh battery pack, Adventure, Empowered, and Empowered A trims will be offered with the option of a 75 kWh battery pack. Tata Sierra EV Vs Mahindra XEV 9E: Range

The Tata Sierra EV comes packed with options of either a 63 kWh or a 75 kWh battery pack. The Mahindra XEV 9E, on the other hand, comes equipped with a choice of either a 59 kWh or a 79 kWh battery pack. The Sierra EV has an MIDC-claimed range of up to 665 km, whereas the XEV 9E has an MIDC-claimed range of up to 656 km.
