Renault Bridger Launch Date In India: Renault, the French car manufacturer, has confirmed that the Renault Bridger concept will go into production, and it is expected to be launched in the Indian market in 2027. The Bridger is based on the RGMP (Renault Group Modular Platform), which can support electric, ICE (Internal Combustion Engine), and hybrid powertrains. Let’s take a look at the expected design, features, and specs of the Renault Bridger.
Renault Bridger Concept: Expected Design
The Renault Bridger has already been showcased by the brand as a concept. The Bridger is a sub-4 metre compact urban SUV, and it is also popularly known as ‘Mini Duster’. The Bridger features a boxy and upright stance with sharp edges. The Bridger concept features a unique and aggressive flat front fascia, and it features a large blacked-out grille with LED DRLs, integrated turn signals, Renault badging, and a prominent skid plate. On the sides, it features thick black body cladding, 18-inch aerodynamic blacked-out alloy wheels, and a 200mm ground clearance.

Renault Bridger Concept: Expected Features
The Renault Bridger concept is expected to come equipped heavily packed in terms of features. The Bridger is expected to feature a large 10.25-inch touchscreen-based infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The Bridger is also expected to feature a wireless charger, an automatic climate control system, and top-spec trims might be equipped with a panoramic sunroof.

Renault Bridger Concept: Expected Powertrain
As informed earlier, the Renault Bridger Concept is based on the brand’s RGMP platform, which can support ICE, Hybrid, and electric powertrains. The brand is expected to bring the Renault Bridger with options of either a 1.2-litre Naturally Aspirated petrol engine or a 1-litre turbo petrol engine. The transmission options might include either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. More details regarding the powertrain are expected to unravel as the launch nears.
