Nana Patekar Cars: Veteran actor and filmmaker Nana Patekar died today at the age of 75, reportedly after suffering a cardiac arrest. While the actor was known for his versatility across Hindi and Marathi cinema and his intense acting style, he was also known for his social philanthropy. The actor and filmmaker led a simplistic lifestyle, and the same is evident in his vehicle collection.
Nana Patekar’s Vehicle Collection
Unlike renowned actors, Nana Patekar was distant from a flashy lifestyle. His collection of vehicles further establishes this fact. Nana Patekar’s vehicle collection was small and modest, and he owned a Mahindra Jeep CJ4, an Audi Q7, a Mahindra Scorpio, and a Royal Enfield Classic 350 motorcycle.

Mahindra Jeep CJ4
The Mahindra Jeep CJ4 was exclusively built by the brand between 1967 and 1974. The Jeep was powered by a 2.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that was paired with a 3-speed transmission. A 2-speed transfer case enabled four-wheel drive (4WD) capability on the vehicle.
Mahindra Scorpio
The actor also kept a first-generation Mahindra Scorpio. The SUV was powered by a 2.2L mHawk diesel engine that was paired with a 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission. The SUV was available with the option of rear-wheel drive as well as an all-wheel drive configuration.

Audi Q7
Nana Patekar kept a second-generation Audi Q7 45 TDI, too. This model of the Q7 was powered by a 3-litre V6 diesel engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The SUV also featured a Quattro all-wheel-drive drivetrain, and the engine was capable of generating peak power and torque output of 245 hp and 600 Nm of torque.
Royal Enfield Classic 350
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 was also a part of Nana’s modest vehicle collection. He was spied riding the Classic 350 more than once. The motorcycle was powered by a 346cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, paired with a 5-speed constant mesh gearbox. The engine generated 19.8 bhp and 28 Nm of torque.
