Hero Xpulse 421 Testing:  The Hero Xpulse has remained one of the most popular adventure motorcycles in the country since its introduction in 2019. The brand is now planning to launch the Hero Xpulse 421 in the country. The prototypes of the Xpulse 421 have been spied on several occasions in the country, and another prototype was spied from the front recently. Let’s take a look at the expected design, features, and specs of the upcoming Hero Motocorp Xpulse 421.

Hero Xpulse 421: Expected Design

The Hero Xpulse 421 was recently spied in Ladakh, and the latest spy shots share the front fascia of the motorcycle. The Xpusle 421 comes equipped with an LED headlight and a tall windshield. The headlamp unit houses vertical LED DRLs, along with projector headlights. Additionally, the bike features upright ergonomics, which is necessary for long-distance riding. Visible design elements include a tall windscreen, hand guards, wire-spoke wheels, a long single-piece seat, long-travel suspensions, and an upswept silencer.

Hero Xpulse 421: Expected Features

The Hero Xpulse 421 test mule was spotted with a large TFT display. While the specifications of the instrument cluster are not yet clear, it is expected to support turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone connectivity. The motorcycle is also expected to come equipped with a dual-channel ABS, and the suspension duty is expected to be handled by USD forks at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear. It is also expected to feature ride-by-wire technology, and it is expected to support multiple riding modes.

Hero Xpulse 421: Expected Engine Specs

The Hero Xpulse 421 is expected to be powered by a new 421cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox, and the brand might also offer the quickshifter with it. The engine is expected to generate around 40-45 hp, and the Xpulse 421 is expected to rival the likes of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and KTM Adventure 390.
