E3 Trion Electric Scooter:  Bangalore-based E3 today launched its first electric scooter model in the Indian market. Prices for the E3 Trion electric scooter start from Rs 1 Lakh (ex-showroom). The electric scooter will be offered in a total of 3 variants: C1, C1x, and C2. Let’s take a look at the features, range, and specs of the newly launched E3 Trion electric scooter.

E3 Trion Electric Scooter: Parts & Features

The E3 Trion Electric scooter comes equipped with dual projector LED headlights and LED taillights. The E3 Trion Electric scooter also offers IP67-rated weather protection. The Trion will be offered in a total of six colour options: Solar Red, Misty Green, Nova Blue, Teal Blue, Graphite Grey, and Luna White. The brand claims that the Trion offers 52 litres of combined storage.

The E3 Trion Electric Scooter comes equipped with a 5-inch LCD, and it provides connectivity functions via the brand’s TripSense System. The system uses the rider’s smartphone to provide information such as navigation, a trip planner with charging locations, remote battery monitoring, vehicle controls, dashcam, SOS assistance, vehicle controls, and geofencing.

E3 Trion Electric Scooter: Range & Specs

As mentioned, the E3 Trion Electric scooter is available in a total of three variants: C1, C1x, and C2. The C1 draws power from a 2.3 kWh removable battery pack, whereas C1x and C2 are packed with a 3 kWh fixed battery pack. The brand has not yet revealed the range for the base-spec C1 electric scooter. The C1x has a claimed range of up to 165 kilometres. The brand has also not yet shared information about the power output of electric motor used in the Trion electric scooter and the range of the C2 variant.
