Actor Ajith Kumar New Car:  Actor and racer Ajith Kumar has recently added a Mahindra BE6 Formula E edition to his garage. He is an avid automobile enthusiast, and his car collection includes some of the most popular and rare luxury cars as well. The actor and racer took delivery of the Mahindra BE6 Formula E edition from Velusamy R, President of Automotive Technology and Product Development, Maihndra.

Ajith Kumar’s New Car

The images of actor and racer Ajith Kumar were shared on the social media platform X by a page named Done Channel. The actor can be seen standing alongside the Mahindra BE6 Formula E edition in the images, while taking its delivery. Velusame R can also be seen facilitating the actor with a custom photo frame, which features Ajith Kumar.

Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition: Design

Mahindra's BE 6 Formula E stands out with its all-new front fascia marked out by circular projector headlamps and a redesigned bumper with a gloss-black bezel finish. The vehicle also boasts racetrack-inspired 20-inch alloy wheels with Firestorm Orange-coloured brake callipers. While the 20-inch wheels are available with the FE3, the FE2 gets the smaller 19-inch units. At each end, the Formula E Edition features a faux skid plate with a liquid metal finish. Design additions also include sporty roof spoilers, a rear boot lip, and Formula E badging on front quarter panels, a fixed glass roof, and night trail carpet lamps. The glass roof also wears the signature 12-stripe graphics. Mahindra offers four exterior colour options: Everest White, Firestorm Orange, Tango Red, and Stealth Black.

Mahindra BE6 Formula E Edition: Interior & Features

Add-on elements on the inside include Firestorm Orange inserts around the cabin, a Firestorm Orange FIA X Formula E edition plaque, translucent door inserts, and FIA branding on seat belts. The brand has also slapped Formula E logos on the passenger dashboard panel and seats, and added Formula E-inspired custom startup animations and exterior engine sounds. Key features include adaptive suspension (FE3 only), a Harmon Kardon music system, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, ADAS, an electronic parking brake, and wireless connectivity, all of which have been carried over from the standard version.

Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition: Specs

Based on the INGLO platform, the Formula E Special Edition comes with a sole 79kWh battery pack paired with a rear-mounted 286bhp/380Nm electric motor. The battery returns an ARAI range of 682km, while the real-world range is rated at 500km. 0-100km/h comes up in a claimed 6.7 seconds, and the top speed is limited to 202km/h. With a DC fast charger, 20 to 80 per cent can be charged in 20 minutes, according to Mahindra.
