2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift BNCAP Rating: The 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza has gathered significant media attention over the past few weeks, as the official launch nears. While a prototype of the base-spec trim was spied undisguised at a dealer yard recently, another prototype of the top-spec trim was also spotted. Now, ahead of its official launch, the 2026 Brezza facelift has once again made headlines by scoring a perfect 5-star rating in BNCAP crash tests. Let’s take a look.
2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift BNCAP Ratings
The 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift has scored a perfect 5-star safety rating for Adult Occupant Protection (AOP), along with a 5-star rating for Child Occupant Protection (COP). The 2026 Brezza facelift received a total of 30.41 points out of a maximum of 32 points in terms of AOP, and it has also scored a total of 43 points out of a maximum of 49 points for COP. The updated Brezza facelift model is set to be launched tomorrow in India.

2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift: Features
The interior of the 2026 Brezza facelift has received several upgrades inside the cabin. The updated Brezza features a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. The HVAC panel has been imported from the Victoris, and another upgrade comes in the form of a wireless charger. Another upgrade comes in the form of ventilated seats at the front, whereas the SUV will continue with ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, auto-dimming IRVM, cruise control, MID cluster, and more.
2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift: Engine
The biggest highlight of the 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift is the addition of a new 1-litre turbo petrol engine, which was not offered with the previous generation model. The 1-litre turbo petrol engine will be paired with a 6-speed Manual Transmission (MT). The power output of the 1-litre turbo petrol engine has not been shared yet, and it is expected to be shared soon as the launch nears. The 2026 Brezza facelift is also anticipated to feature an underbody CNG tank.
