2026 BMW M2: BMW has unveiled the 2026 BMW M2 with an optional M xDrive All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system. Notably, this is the first time that the brand is offering the BMW M2 with an AWD system. The addition of an AWD system enhances the appeal of the M2 for buyers seeking a performance car with all-weather usability. Let’s take a look at what is new with the 2026 BMW M2.
2026 BMW M2: Design
The design of the 2026 BMW M2 M xDrive remains unchanged. The coupe has the same design as the standard model, and it continues with a long bonnet, wide stance, and a rear projection. It still has flared arches and rear haunches, and it uses 19-inch wheels at the front, while the rear wheel size is 20-inch. The brand has also introduced the new M2 with a new Borusan Turkish Blue Paint option.

2026 BMW M2: Interior
The 2026 BMW M2 M xDrive also remains unchanged in terms of its interior. The new-generation model of the coupe features a dual-screen layout inside the cabin, and while one of these screens is used for the infotainment system, the other one is utilised for a fully digital instrument cluster. It also features tricolour M accents on the door panels, a flat-bottom M steering wheel, optional carbon bucket seats, and more.

2026 BMW M2: Engine Specs
The 2026 BMW M2 continues to be powered by the same 3-litre inline six-cylinder engine, which is capable of generating peak power and torque output of 480 hp and 600 Nm, respectively. The BMW M2 M xDrive can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, which is 0.3 seconds faster than the rear-wheel drive variant of the coupe. The 2026 BMW M2 M xDrive has an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h that can be increased to 285 km/h with the optional M Driver’s package.
