Pulsar N160 Launch Date: The 2026 Bajaj Pulsar N160 range has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 1.33 lakh (ex-showroom). The brand has further segregated the N160 range into two new variants called N160 S and N160 SS. The N160 S is the more affordable version, whereas the N160 SS is priced at Rs 1.42 lakh (ex-showroom).
2026 Bajaj Pulsar N160: Features
The new 2026 Bajaj Pulsar N160 S and N160 SS come packed with several advanced features. To begin with, the Pulsar N160 S gets an LCD cluster with turn-by-turn navigation support, whereas the N160 SS gets a bigger, 5-inch TFT cluster with Google Maps Mirroring, which the brand claims is a first for any sports bike in India. The N160 SS also supports Bluetooth and WIFI connectivity, along with adjustable brake and clutch levers.
The new motorcycles also get electronic throttle, and they also come equipped with four riding modes: Rain, Road, Sports, and Off-Road. The top variants also feature traction control, and the brand has also added a new Crawl Technology that aids the motorcycle to move smoothly at very low speeds without requiring constant clutch operation.

2026 Bajaj Pulsar N160: Engine
The new Bajaj Pulsar N160 S and N160 SS feature a 4-valve engine, whereas the existing generation is powered by the same 2-valve engine. The new engine is also powered by the same 5-speed gearbox. The new 164.5cc engine generates 18.24 hp and 14.4 Nm of torque. The new mill generates an additional 2.46 hp compared to the 2-valve engine. The brand claims that the new motorcycle is the fastest in the segment. It can sprint from 0 to 60 km/h in 4.4 seconds.
2026 Bajaj Pulsar N160: Design & Hardware
The existing Bajaj N160 will continue to be offered. The range has been further expanded with the addition of new 2026 Bajaj Pulsar N160 S and Bajaj Pulsar N 160 SS. The existing N160 model uses a 33mm USD fork, whereas the new N160 S and N160 SS get larger, 37mm USD forks.
The front disc brake has also grown by 20mm in size, and the new models feature a 300mm front disc brake. The bike is underpinned by a tubular frame, and they get a monoshock rear suspension. The new N160 S and N160 SS look more or less the same, and they will be offered in a total of three colour options: Atlantic Blue, Metallic White, and Brooklyn Black. The motorcycles also get coloured alloy wheels and new graphics.
