The Vivo X200 FE made its global debut on June 23, 2025. Now, not even a year later, early signs of its successor are already starting to appear online.

The next model, believed to be called the Vivo X300 FE, has reportedly shown up on a couple of certification and benchmarking platforms across different markets. While Vivo has not said anything officially yet, these early listings are giving us a small peek at what the phone could bring.

A report from XpertPick, citing tipster @ZionsAnvin, claims that a device with the model number V2537 has been spotted on the TUV Rheinland database. The key detail mentioned in that listing is support for 90W wired fast charging. Gadgets 360, however, noted that it could not independently verify the listing at the time of publishing.

Separately, the phone is also said to have appeared on Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority certification website. Based on that listing, the Vivo X300 FE is expected to support 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. No additional specifications were revealed there, which is fairly typical for such regulatory entries.

There is also speculation that the Vivo X300 FE might not be an entirely new device. It is believed to be a rebranded version of the China-only Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which launched in December 2025.

If that turns out to be true, the X300 FE could share most of its hardware with the S50 Pro Mini. That phone features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 1,216x2,640 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with an Adreno 829 GPU. It offers up to 16GB LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.

In terms of cameras, the S50 Pro Mini comes with a triple rear setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony primary sensor and a 50-megapixel Sony periscope telephoto lens, along with an ultra-wide-angle camera. On the front, there is a 50-megapixel selfie shooter. The device is backed by a 6,500mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.

For now, all of this remains based on listings and reports. Vivo has yet to confirm the X300 FE or announce a launch timeline. But if these early appearances are anything to go by, the next FE model could be closer than expected.
