1. Begin by making ice cubes of 10 to 12 fresh lemons. Keeping lemon juice ice cubes handy is great for lemonades, curries, and other cuisines.
2. Make a garlic and ginger puree in a grinder with a splash of olive oil to achieve a smooth paste-like consistency and freeze the mixture in another ice cube tray. This prepared ginger and garlic paste ice-cube will upgrade any dish effortlessly.
