Ingredients
-¼ old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup Greek or vegan yoghurt

- Vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 tsp sweetener (honey)
- ¼ cup toppings of your choice (fresh blueberries)
Important: Ratio to keep in mind while preparing the recipe - 1 part oats + 1 part milk + ⅛ part seeds
How To Make Easy Overnight Oats Recipe:
1. Take a well-washed mason jar or glass tiffin.
2. Add old-fashioned oats with chia seeds. Pour in some Greek or vegan yoghurt with vanilla essence, if it's available.

3. Stir everything well. Now add honey and milk. Again, stir well until there are no clumps.

4. Lastly, cover the glass container with a lid and refrigerate it in the fridge overnight
