Google AI Plus Is Now Global: Take A Look At The Most Affordable Gemini Subscription

Google AI Plus Features: Google seems to be on a roll here, as it has expanded its cheapest Artificial Intelligence (AI) subscription to the global audience. Google announced that their Google AI-Plus plan will be available globally as a paid subscription, marking its roll out in 165 countries. The surprising part about this rollout is that the US is in the last batch of countries that will receive this plan, which is four months after the plan was piloted in Indonesia. India had got the access to the same paid tier in December 2025.

Global Availability

Google has announced the global rollout of its Google AI Plus plan, expanding to 35 new countries and territories, including the US. Positioned between the free tier and Google AI Pro, the plan offers an affordable way to access some premium Gemini AI features.

In India, the subscription costs Rs. 199 for the first six months, rising to Rs. 399 per month afterward. In the US, it is priced at $7.99 per month, with a limited-time offer of 50 per cent off for the first two months.

Subscribers get higher access to the Gemini 3 Pro AI model compared to the free tier, though it is below the Pro and Ultra tiers. The standard Gemini AI model in the app and website supports a 128K token context window, compared with 32K tokens for free users.

This new offer makes it the most affordable plan that users can take advantage of to create AI-generated videos using the Veo 3 Fast model, as this is not available for free users as of now. However, the per-day limit of the same has not been revealed yet.

Adding to this offer, if a user subscribes to this plan they will also get access to Gemini side panel across workspace apps like Docs, Slides, GMAIL, Drive and sheets as well. Apart from that, users get a subscription to Flow, which is a video creation app, and Whisk, which is an app that generates videos from images. To top that all off, 200GB of cloud storage across the Photos app, Drive and Gmail is also on offer.
