1. Daily Activity Is Important
Opt for daily activities like strength training, yoga, brisk walking, or cycling, which can help maintain muscle mass, improve bone strength, and also help you to de-stress.

2. Strength Training
Strength training should be done at least 3 to 4 times a week to improve balance, stamina, and prevent early muscle loss. However, exercise under the guidance of a fitness trainer is always recommended.

3. Balanced Diet
Never neglect your diet. Make sure to have a nutritious, balanced diet that includes a good amount of protein, iron, calcium and fibre like leafy greens, lentils, eggs, nuts, whole grains, fruits, and dairy products.

4. Proper Hydration
Drink plenty of water every day because staying hydrated is the key to a healthy life. Also, avoiding processed foods and excess sugar helps maintain hormonal balance.
