Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have been married for over a decade and are blessed with two beautiful kids, Misha and Zain. Over the years, the Kapoor family has been known for their relationship with each other. Recently, actor Supriya Pathak spoke about her relationship with Mira Rajput and how she was welcomed by the Kapoor family when she married Shahid at a young age.
Supriya Pathak Talks About Mira Rajput
Supriya Pathak was recently in conversation with Bollywood Bubble and discussed her relationship with Mira Rajput. Supriya said that the family never treated Mira like an outsider when she joined the family. Supriya was all praise for Mira’s personality and said that she always felt Mira was part of the family. Supriya even said Mira was like a child who was always part of the family.

She remarked, "Mira is such a beautiful person, inside and out, that we never felt like she walked into our house". She was a part of our home, I believe. Sometimes I make jokes with her about you being our lost child who has returned to us. She never seemed like a daughter-in-law to me. This is not how I can think about Mira.”

Kapoor Family’s Close Relationship
Supriya Pathak is the second wife of Indian actor Pankaj Kapur, and they have two children together, daughter Sanah and son Ruhaan. Before Supriya, Pankaj was married to Neelima Azeem, to whom he had a son, Shahid Kapoor.
Speaking of parenting, Supriya said, “I always tried to develop a friendly relationship with my kids.” She added, “Instead of guiding them strictly, I tried to be there for them whenever they needed my support.”
Supriya’s Bond With Her Grandchildren
Speaking of Shahid and Mira’s children, Supriya revealed that her grandchildren are bringing her a lot of joy. She said, “When Misha and Zain are around, everything is wonderful.”
Sanah Kapur, who was present when the conversation took place, revealed that Misha has a special bond with Supriya. She said, “Misha often talks to her grandmother and shares her stories about what is happening in her life.”

How Shahid And Mira’s Marriage Was Arranged
In an earlier interview with Punjab First Voice, Pankaj Kapur had also spoken about Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput’s marriage and how it was arranged by their community of Radha Soami Satsang Beas. He had said that Shahid and Mira’s families were introduced to each other with the idea of Shahid marrying Mira.

Pankaj Kapur had also spoken highly of Mira Rajput and said that she was a wonderful person, like a daughter to him rather than his daughter-in-law. Supriya had also added that they were blessed to have Mira in their lives and that she had brought all of them closer to each other.
