Akshaye Khanna has been garnering a lot of praise for his intense role in Dhurandhar. The actor was earlier seen in Chhava in which he played Aurangzeb which is as intense as Rehman Dakait in Dhurandhar. However, after a couple of intense roles, it seems like Akshaye Khanna is all set to return to comedy. If the latest reports are to be believed, Akshaye Khanna will soon reunite with Akshay Kumar in Bhagam Bhag 2.
According to a report by Box Office Worldwide, Akshaye Khanna is reportedly set to join the cast of Bhagam Bhag 2, which already stars Akshay Kumar and Meenakshi Chaudhary in key roles. The film is expected to go on floors in February 2026, with a theatrical release tentatively planned for the end of the year.
However, the makers have not yet made an official announcement, and the development remains unconfirmed. If the reports turn out to be true, Bhagam Bhag 2 will mark Akshaye Khanna and Akshay Kumar’s on-screen reunion after Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan (2010).
