Epstein Files: As horrific details about the world’s biggest sex scandal continue to surface and scare the world, the new information indicates that an Indian woman could be among the victims of Jeffrey Epstein’s crime. The newly released documents reveal official communication indicating that US authorities are tracing a woman who might be based in India to provide psychological help and compensation to support the victim.
The information is part of a massive data set disclosed by the US Department of Justice on January 30, featuring more than three million pages.

The files include internal communication between American officials, personal emails shared between Epstein and his associates, and communication that involves reference of India related business, travel and politics.
Were US Authorities Trying To Locate Alleged Victim In India
According to a report by The Pioneer, an internal email was exchanged on January 13, 2020, with the subject ‘Epstein’s victims’, which shows that American authorities were trying to locate a woman who is possibly residing in India.
The documents released by the Department of Justice have blurred the details of the receiver and sender; however, the material of the exchange indicates that the communication had taken place between US officials handling victim compensation and support and those with access of diplomtic channels.
The communication mentions the procedural guidance to avail the financial assistance under the New York Crime Victims Compensation framework. “The New York Crime Victims Compensation link is www.ny.gov. Please have them complete an application and send it to me. I will forward it directly to the FBI paperwork,” the email read.
The communication explains that therapeutic support was being given to victims in Florida in cost covered by the emergency assistance mechanism. “For individuals in Florida, please have the identified therapist contact me, and we will request the 6 sessions to be covered through our emergency victim assistance.”
The part of the communication that mentions the Indian woman shows efforts were being made to talk to the diplomatic counterparts to ascertain the contain detail of the victim in India, as US officials were trying to extend support to victims outside the United States.
“And lastly, regarding the individual located in India. If you can get me her address and contact information, I will coordinate with our colleagues at the embassy there. Please call me if you have any additional questions,” the email reads.
The communication took place several months after Child sex offender and financier Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his cell in 2019. Epstein was awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking involving minors. His death was later ruled a suicide by US authorities.
