At the core of the Master Buds 2 are 10mm PU+ PEEK drivers tuned with Bose audio expertise. The earbuds come with active noise cancellation of up to 51dB, which is expected to greatly reduce background noise. For voice calls, the earbuds come with a six-microphone environmental noise cancellation feature that helps pick up voices more clearly by suppressing background noise. There is also a Transparency mode for those who want to remain conscious of their surroundings.

Noise has incorporated 360-degree Spatial Audio, which is driven by a six-axis IMU sensor for a more immersive audio experience. The earbuds also come with an AI voice assistant that can understand natural language commands and answer accordingly.

Connectivity And Smart Controls

On the connectivity front, the Master Buds 2 support the LHDC 5.0 codec, enabling 24-bit/96kHz Bluetooth streaming. Additional features include dual device connectivity, Google Fast Pair, Find My Device support, in-ear detection, and head gesture controls. Users can manage settings and personalise their experience through the Noise Audio app.

Battery Life And Design

According to the company, the earbuds offer up to six hours of playback on a single charge. With the charging case and active noise cancellation turned on, total battery life extends up to 30 hours. A quick 10-minute charge is claimed to deliver up to six hours of listening time.
