KITE Free Entrance Coaching Program 2026: Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education(KITE), the technology arm of the Kerala government's General Education Department, announced on Thursday that it has launched an AI-powered entrance coaching program for higher secondary and vocational higher secondary students in government schools.
KITE's 'Key to Entrance' program will help approximately 800,000 students in science, commerce, and humanities perform better in competitive exams.
Personalised Study and Mock Test Facility:
"For the first time in India, a state government has made free entrance coaching available to students across all streams using AI technology. Since practical experience is crucial for competitive exams, a large number of mock tests have been created on the portal for self-practice," it said.
KITE CEO K. Anwar Sadat stated in the release that the AI system implemented this year through KITE's "Holistic AI Learning Room" creates personalised study plans based on each student's learning pace and exam performance.
The press release quoted him as saying, "This system analyses a student's progress in each exam and provides question sets in three levels – Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced – based on the student's specific ability. In addition to AI-powered features, over 20,000 questions verified by expert teachers are available on the portal."
English, Reasoning, and General Knowledge Training to Begin February 25th:
It stated that training in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, and Political Science is available on the portal, and the second phase, which will begin February 25th, will include training in English, Reasoning, and General Knowledge.
It further states that to ensure that all interested students can participate, schools have been instructed to disseminate information about the training at all levels, including through school parent-teacher associations.
Students in grades 11 and 12 can access these services through the portal www.entrance.kite.kerala.gov.in using the login details provided by their school.
The student's Higher Secondary or Vocational Higher Secondary application number will serve as the user ID, which is already available on the portal.
Passwords, tutorials, and digital features for all students:
The release states, "The principal or nodal teacher will generate the password accordingly. Detailed user guides and video tutorials have also been made available on the portal."
In addition to the classes broadcast on the KITE VICTERS channel, students can also watch the sessions at any time through the entrance portal and the KITE VICTERS YouTube channel.
It further said that principals have been directed to provide necessary facilities in schools for students who do not have personal digital devices or internet access.
