Hyundai Venue Sales In India:  Hyundai Venue, the popular compact SUV by the South Korean car manufacturer, has joined the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Tata Nexon by crossing the 8 lakh sales milestone. While it is the second model by Hyundai (After Creta) to achieve this milestone, it has become the third compact SUV in the country to cross the 8 lakh sales threshold. The SUV is currently sold in its second-generation guise in the country, which was launched in November 2025.

Hyundai Venue SalesThe 

Hyundai Venue was introduced in India in May 2019, and it clocked 50,000 sales in just the next 6 months. While the SUV crossed 1 lakh sales in 15 months, the next 1 lakh units were sold in just 10 months, and the SUV crossed 2 lakh sales milestone in just 25 months from its launch. The final 1 lakh units of the Hyundai Venue were sold in just 9 months, and the SUV has recorded sales of a total of 8,02,221 units by the end of May 2026.

Hyundai Venue 2025: Features

Inside the cabin, the Hyundai Venue 2025 features a dual-tone interior with a dark navy and dove grey theme. It also gets a coffee-table centre console with moon white ambient lighting. As anticipated, the Venue 2025 comes equipped with a curved panoramic dual-display setup, with each of the screens having a size of 12.3 inches. The Venue 2025 also offers 2-step reclining seats, rear window sunshades, rear AC vents, and dual-tone leather seats with VENUE branding. It also features a D-Cut steering wheel, Electric 4-way driver seats, 2-step reclining rear seats, and Rear AC vents.

Hyundai Venue 2025: Powertrain

The Hyundai Venue 2025 has received major changes in terms of design and features. However, the new generation of the subcompact SUV by Hyundai remains completely unchanged under the hood. The Venue 2025 offers similar engine options as the current outgoing model, which include a Kappa 1.2-litre engine, 1.0-litre Turbo GDi petrol, and 1.5-litre CRDi Diesel. It also offers a choice of three transmission options - Manual, Automatic, and Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT).
